Hilary Wardle is a graduate from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with First Class Honours.  She is the founder of The Green Hil, a place for sharing, inspiring and cultivating a positive community celebrating whole foods.  She writes, consults, leads workshops and develops recipes, sharing her love of food and wellness in the kitchen.

After struggling with her own health issues, Hil turned to alternative practices to heal, igniting a passion for wellness.  Hil’s approach to health is simple: eat whole foods, listen to your body, practice kindness and gratitude. Encouraging a positive relationship with food and intuitive eating, her goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health and reconnect them to their body.

Hil currently lives in Northern Ontario with her husband and pup.  She loves cooking, eating, reading and talking all things food. When she is not in the kitchen, she is likely traveling, exploring the outdoors, rebounding on a trampoline or cuddling with her fur ball.  Hil is also passionate about helping women honour and nourish their bodies and find confidence in their own skin.

Wellness is a journey that always starts from within.
